Haunted History Ghost Tours

Havre de Grace Main Street, Inc., will be conducting its fourth annual series of Haunted History and Ghost Tours through the historic downtown district beginning on October 9th. Because these walking tours were hugely popular last year, there will be at least two tours each evening.

 

A significant factor in Havre de Grace tours is that the history and murder stories are TRUE stories documented either by newspaper or local historians. And the ghost stories are first-hand accounts told to Main Street from the people who experienced them.

 

The guided walking tours will be conducted on Friday and Saturday evenings: October 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31, and November 7 (only at 7 p.m.). They begin at 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm at the Opera House (Old City Hall) 121 N. Union Avenue and last about 1½ hours. At each point of interest or historic house, the guide will stop and tell a related story or findings of psychics who have been called upon to connect with those on the other side.

Prices are $13 per person and $10 each for groups of 15 or more. Please note that the tours may not be appropriate for children of 8 years and younger.
